What Are We Looking For?

Good Morning Christian Peeps! We can search the world over but we cannot find what is not already there! If we are in alignment with God, we will find what has already been placed in our lives. But too many times we search for things that we were never meant to find. We go by what we think we should have rather than the right thing to have. If we can embrace the fact that when we were put on this earth we were given a purpose, and if we can search out that purpose by asking God and allowing Him to bring it into our lives, then our search can be over and we began to live what God has placed within us! Our timing may be off. Maybe we are pushing for something that God is not quite ready for us to do. Because when God gets ready, we don't have to worry about how we will accomplish it. There won't be a question of how, when, or where we will get what we need to make it happen. It will just come. We just must be ready and setting on go...because "When God gets ready, you got to move"! Be Blessed!

The Holy Place!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! "I run to the Holy Place, and I fall down on my face. My tears roll like rain and He meets me there again, in the Holy Place." This is a song that God gave me. The message is, that no matter where we have been or what we have done, we can run to Him, in that Holy Place and God will meet us there. Sometimes we have the wrong image of our Lord and Savior. He is a loving God... the Bible says plainly that God is Love! He went to the cross that we might have salvation...he didn't put stipulations on that salvation and say: if you sin more than 40 times it's no longer extended to you. His grace and his mercy abounds! He is waiting with open arms for someone today, to just give up trying to be good on their own and ask God to help them live a happier more abundant life! Forget the past. Bury it in God's precious blood. Let Him wash away all the pain and the mistakes. God Is There....waiting! Be Blessed!

How Does Your Garden Grow?

Good Morning Christian Peeps! When we cultivate something such as a garden, we work hard at loosening up the soil, planting, and fertilizing to make sure that our garden is the best. But if we are not careful, weeds, insects and other problems began to develop. If we don't stay on top of getting rid of the bugs and keeping wild animals out, then we won't have anything to eat when it's all said and done. The same goes for our spiritual life. Just like a garden, we must maintain it. We must put the right things into our garden such positivity, goodness, joy, and love in order to reap those same things. We can't plant negativity, sadness, anger and hate in our garden and expect to getting anything but those things out of it. When you plant corn, you get corn. What we plant, we also reap. How are our garden's doing today? Are we spending enough time planting the right seeds? Cultivate a beautiful garden, reap the benefits and share! Be Blessed!

Supplication of Prayer!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! The sentence, supplication of prayer came to me this morning, so I looked it up to make sure I knew what it meant. Supplication of prayer means to earnestly and humbly bring a petition or request before God. Are we just asking God for an answer to a prayer or are earnestly and humbly seeking him for that answer. Sometimes maybe our prayers are just words that we are so used to saying that we get in a habit of just speaking. But what if today, when we knelt before God, we just poured out hearts out to Him? What if we sincerely, without distraction made our petition known before God today. When we get serious before God, he meets us with that same sincerity. Be Blessed!

My Grace Is Sufficient!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Sufficient means : enough to meet the needs of a situation or a proposed end. Every morning we wake up, we are given grace. It never runs out. God says: My grace is sufficient. That means enough to meet whatever need we may have. We don't have to worry about it running out.....each day there is more than enough to meet the needs of his people. God's grace covers our sins! Let God cover us today with his amazing Grace! 2 Corinthians 12:9And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

The Empty Places!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! A Prayer: Fill us up in the empty places, so we won't long for things we don't need. Fill us up in the empty places and set our hearts at ease. Fill us up in the empty places, so our love won't leak. Fill us up in the empty places, so we can be all you want us to be. tr Sometimes there are empty places within us that we try to fill up on our own. Places that have been empty for quite a while. But if we don't ask God to fill them, we could end up filling them with the wrong things. Things that in the long run hurt more. We must ask God to come into those empty places and fill them up. He knows what we need. Be Blessed!

Are You A Part Of The Miracle?

Good Morning Christian Peeps! There is a story in the Bible about a little boy who left home one morning with a sack lunch. It consisted of 5 little barley loaves and 2 fish. He had no idea that his sack lunch would be used later that day to create a miracle. How could he have known that his sack lunch would feed a multitude of people? His day started out no doubt as ordinary but became a part of a miracle. There is another story about a monk that goes out each morning with an empty bowl, and whatever gets put into that bowl is his nourishment for the day. I guess what I am trying to say is, when we approach each day with faith, we allow God to be able to work miracles in our lives. Instead of approaching our day with expectations of what we will do, be open so that God can use part of what we have as a miracle. Don't fill our bowls so full of activity that God can't add something wonderful to it. Be Blessed!

Special Moments!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! As I sit here this morning, my soul is overwhelmed at the goodness of God. In the quiet of the morning as I watch the sunrise slowly make it's way above the trees, I am reminded of all the sunrises before it. The ones I took for granted and was so busy getting ready for my day, that I didn't take the time to notice. What about the sunsets in the evening. I like to think that the sunrises are God bidding us a good morning and the sunsets his way of saying good night. What else are we missing? If we don't live in the moment, where are we living? Are we still in yesterday, trying to sort it out? Or are we already on to tomorrow, planning? We can't change what happened yesterday, and we certainly are not promised tomorrow, so only today really matters. What will we do today? Will we embrace the sunrise, whisper good morning to God and focus on each moment that comes our way after that? Or will we rush through coffee, race through traffic, push through the day wondering what really happened? Special moments happen throughout the day, but most of the time we miss them in our haste to just get it over with. Take a breath, let it out slowly. Determine to embrace whatever happens today and really be there for that special moment. When God winks at you today with little blessings...be there to receive them. Be Blessed!

"Fear Not, I Am With You!"

Good Morning Christian Peeps! As I do every morning I ask the Lord to give me something that would speak to someone out there today. The scripture he gave me is found in Isaiah 41: 10 "Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed. I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you: I will uphold you with my victorious right hand." Do not be dismayed! That word in the dictionary means to lose courage or hope. We do not have to lose hope or our courage today. God is right here! He is with us! No matter what is going on in our lives, He says to us: "Fear Not I am With You!" Be Blessed!

Seek And Ye Shall Find!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! There are no guarantees in this life. But there is a guarantee that we can spend eternity in a better place. In our society there is a lot of doing and not much seeking. When we seek wisdom, knowledge, love, peace, etc. They come to us. But we forget to be seekers because we are so caught up in being doers. We are so busy pursuing peace that we don't realize that in order to have peace, we must stop so that it can catch up with us. Peace comes in the stillness, but how often are we still. We pursue love like we are being chased by robbers, when if we just stop, it too can catch up to us. Wisdom and knowledge are so important, because when we have these, everything else shows up! When was the last time we sought wisdom? Today is the day to become seekers for the better things in life. Choose the better path today and Be Blessed!

Bless The Lord At All Times!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Psalms 34 spoke to me again this beautiful morning! "I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together." Imagine what would happen today, if we all began to magnify the Lord together in one mind and in one accord! Wow! There would be a shift in the world today! Let's try it! Just began to magnify the Lord continually today and watch what happens all around us! We can make a change! God is with us! Praise the mighty name of the Lord!!! Be Blessed!

Our Heart Holds The Key To Truth!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Beautiful is the day when God is in it. With every breath our hearts acknowledge God. Our minds can easily get caught up in the everyday grind but our heart wraps itself in the essence of who God is. When their is a question about what to do, don't automatically visit your mind and ask it what to do but go to your heart where the presence of God is and ask, "what shall I do". You will find the answer every time. We were created in truth. Our mouths may speak false but our bodies cannot lie. It knows the truth. Take a moment and visit your heart and God this wonderful warm day. Ask it that burning question, be still, listen and the answer will come. Be Blessed!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Love can touch us like no other emotion. It can reach past economic boundaries, surpass social status, and raise us up above anything we might encounter in our lives. With the touch of a loving hand, a child can be restored from abuse, with love hunger can be dissipated. With love, we can walk another mile in worn out shoes, with love we can reach through miles of loneliness and see the sun again. With love, hatred can be turned away, rebellion dispelled, and a hard heart broken. Sometimes love gets pushed down deep within us without us even knowing it. It's time to bring it to the surface again. To let love drive our lives. To push away ego that threatens to drown us. To simply live each day with love in the forefront! We can do it because God is love and he lives within us! Be Blessed with lots of love today!

Give No Thought For Tomorrow!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! In this economy it is hard not to worry about our next meal or clothes to wear or if we will lose our homes, but in Matthew chapter 6 the Lord talks about worrying. He says to behold the lilies of the field, how they grow; they don't toil or spin but they are clothed more beautiful then even Solomon who had great riches. Then he says look at the fowl of the air, they don't gather food but they never go hungry, how much better are we then them? Verse 25 says: Therefore I say unto you, take no thought for your life, what you shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body more than rainment? Then verse 33: But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34: Take therefore no thought for tomorrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. So his instruction is do not worry. Trust in me. Seek me first and I will take care of all your needs! That is so comforting today. Read Matthew chapter 6, and Be Blessed!

He Touched Me And Made Me Whole!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! This morning I woke up and a beautiful song came to mind. It has so much more meaning than when I sang it as a child. It simply says: He touched, Oh he touched, and oh what joy that floods my soul. Something happened and now I know, He touched me and He made me whole! Isn't it wonderful that He can touch us and make all things whole. Whatever we are struggling with in our lives today, He can make whole. Just ask him! Be Blessed!

An Awakening!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Just like the thaw of a long winter, it is time to thaw out our minds, bodies and spirits. Feel the warmth as it moves into these areas, slowly breathing life back into them. Just as the birds began to chirp, our minds, bodies and spirits and began to hum again with anticipation of what is to come.
