Love Notes!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! If you are not listening to WCSG 91.3 you should check it out.....what a blessing! A woman this morning was talking about how God sends us love letters each day. Just little notes to let us know that He is right there with us. A few years ago her son passed aways in a car accident and everyday she has to pass the spot where it happened. Today she was having an especially hard time and just as she passed the spot, Wcsg played a song that spoke right to her heart and let her know that God understood and was with her. She said it was like a little love note to help her get through the day. She was crying and her heart was broken but she had received a little note to help her.....that is just like our God! But it doesn't stop there...by hearing that I was once again reminded how blessed I am that I haven't had to experience something that heart breaking! So Thank you God for your love notes and for reminding us of how blessed we truly are! Be Blessed!

It's Time To Leave The Nest!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! I cannot fly if I don't try! Mother birds push their young out of the nest and make them fly. They know that if they don't the little birds will stay there forever because there is comfort in the familiar. Are we feeling squeezed? Feeling uncomfortable, anxious, uncertain, lost? Maybe that is God trying to push us out of the nest? He has so much in store for us, but we cannot do it because we won't leave the warm familiar comfort of our nest. Just like the mother bird He will be there to catch us if we start to fall. He won't allow us to get hurt but He will continue to push us until we are so uncomfortable that we have to make a move! Listen carefully today, be sensitive, maybe God is trying to push us out of the nest! Be Blessed!

Don't Give UP!!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! If every time the going got tough someone gave up and quit, then nothing and I mean nothing would be accomplished in this world,. If Thomas Edison had gotten discouraged and gave up we would not have the "light bulb", the phonograph, and the motion picture camera. It took him 1400 attempts to make the light bulb!!! What if he had given up after the first 100 tries! Are we giving up too soon? Are we just throwing in the towel when we are on the cusp of greatness?! Are we wimping out on our destiny because it's TOO HARD! My if only our ancestors could see us today. They would most likely be shocked at our weaknesses. They endured so much and we have it so easy and yet as soon as something gets too hard, we give up! We give up on marriages, relationships, jobs and sometimes our families! We have so many opportunities to hang in there! Let's choose to hang tough today! Let's choose not to give up! We can make it!!!! Be blessed!

What Is Really Holding Us Back?

Good Morning Christian Peeps! We say that we do not know how to reach or accomplish our dreams but as a friend reminded me; If we wanted a dress or boat or shoes, or hunting equipment bad enough we would find a way to make it happen! We would go so far as to charge our life away just to get that certain something we've always wanted.....so what is really holding us back from our dream? Because it seems that if we wanted it bad enough, nothing could or would stand in our way. We would find a way to make it happen. Is it fear? Is it uncertainty? We must get to the core of what is really holding us back so we can release it and fly! Fly.... finally to our destiny to an abundant exciting happy life that is just beyond our reach! Be blessed!

Are We Happy?

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Are we happy? Are we living who we really are? Or have we let someone else define us, control us and steer us into becoming something we know we are not? Who is pulling our heart strings today. If we ask ourselves the question, are we happy, and we find that we want to break down and cry....then that is our answer and some changes need to take place. God created us to be happy, but in order to be truly happy we must first KNOW who we really are. All of us deep down know who we truly are but we become weak and we allow others to tell us who we are. It's time to take a stand and take the power away from the enemy. Love does not change us it enhances who we are! God's love is the only love that has the power to change! Recognize today who God intended us to be, and take steps to get back on the right path. There is help....He has been waiting for a while now for us to come to Him and show Him our weakness....for when we are at our weakest He is at His strongest! Be Blessed!

Only Today!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! It's really a lot simpler than we know. Life is just about today. What we do today has the most impact. What we don't do today has the most impact. Yesterday really has no bearing at all, only you can try to pull it into today. Tomorrow has no bearing because we are not promised that we will be a part of it. Good Morning Christian Peeps! We are not blessed because of who we are or how we live. Blessings like Faith and Grace are given freely. We are given blessings in our life irregardless of how we live. We can not earn blessings, they are ours period. Whether we accept those blessings and use them are simply our free will, our free choice. The definition of blessing is: Gift. Blessings are not metered out by judgement, they are bestowed with love. When we recognize this we can freely accept what God has already placed in our life. We can remove the measuring stick from our life, and move forward without fear. Our final judgement at the end of our life has nothing whatsoever to do with God's blessings. He pours them out on the just and the unjust. Matthew 5:45........for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. It is okay for us to be blessed! Accept what God so freely gives. Be Blessed!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! A prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, all our weaknesses, all of our fleshly desires, and all of our lack of faith we bring to you. You promised that when we are at our weakest you are at your strongest. We know all of these things but find ourselves second guessing who we are, who you are and once again our purpose. Life becomes heavy and uncertain. We rise and fall like a tide never knowing where each day will end up. But you know! So we ask today that you would take us in our blindness and lead us until we can see again. Until the fog has cleared and we can once again glimpse the majestic mountains in our situations. Until we are fueled again with your overwhelming love and can move forward in our efforts. Take this flawed clay that you created and prove it's worth and mission again! We are so thankful that your love covers all that we are and all that we do. That your grace and forgiveness follows us like an umbrella wherever we go. It's Time To Make The Decision!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! And what a great morning it is! Just as the world is coming awake this brand new morning, we too can began a brand new life. We can turn around and walk in a new direction a new path. All it takes is making the choice, the decision. A Paul And Silas Moment

Good Morning Christian Peeps! When we are down or there is trouble brewing we can choose how we approach each situation. We can either wallow in it and imagine just how bad it can get or we can have a "Paul and Silas" moment. When Paul and Silas was in the jail house for preaching the word of God, they could have decided to be negative and say things like "well that is what you get for trying to tell people about God!" But they didn't. They chose to approach it in a positive manner! They began to sing songs and praise God in their moment of despair. They decided to look on the bright side and because of that they were delivered. Let's choose to be like Paul and Silas today. Let's choose to look on the bright side and be thankful and grateful for what God is doing for us! Let's praise him in the bad times! Be Blessed!

Failure Is Not Acceptable!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Failing is not the act of falling down but the act of staying down. We cannot perceive ourselves as failures unless we have decided to never ever try to accomplish anything again. Just by getting up and going to work, we are still in the game. By trying at one more opportunity, we are still in the game. By attempting to change something, we are still in the game. By breathing, we are still in the game. Therefore we have not given up and by not giving up we are slowly and steadily accumulating success! One move at a time! Teach Us!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God gives us a radar so that we can know for sure what is true. We know from somewhere deep inside when something is wrong or right. A lot of times we sidetrack that feeling and make ourselves feel something else not wanting to recognize the truth that is staring us in the face. The radar is meant to keep us on course, but so many times we veer off course trying to make things go our way. The only true happiness is by following that radar. Letting it tell us when we are about to embark on the wrong venture or putting our trust in the wrong people. That radar can lead to success. But ignoring the radar can lead to destruction. If planes do not follow their radar they can become lost or they can collide with another plane. Let's tune into our radar today and let it lead us to where we truly need to be. It never lies. Life Flows....

Good Morning Christian Peeps! There is never a reason to go backwards. Our whole life energy is propelling us forward and if we are trying to stop or backup then we are fighting the whole concept. We are fighting the flow. We have a constant green light with an occasional yellow light telling us to pray and then proceed with caution. There will be uncertainty, there will be fear but that doesn't mean we stop, it just means that we pray, ask God for direction and then proceed knowing He will hold our hand all the way through. Some of us need to quit standing in the middle of the stream gumming up the works. We need to began moving again and get the life flowing through us again.
