He Is Our Everything!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Just another example of God's love. He holds us and comforts us, he gives us peace in times of trouble. He carries us when we can't walk. He loves us when it seems no one else does. He opens doors when we need them and closes the doors that may be detrimental. He provides a way of escape when we are tempted. He feeds us when we are hungry and clothes us when we are bear. He is our everything.....

The Eyes Of All Wait Upon Thee!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! The Sun Is Shining. It will get warm again!

For those of us today who are waiting upon the Lord to either, reveal to us our calling, satisfy a need, or just wrap us up with love, whatever prayer that might be, the Bible tells us that he gives us "our meat" in due season. Due means according to Webster: having reached the date at which payment is required. But look at the last part of the verse. In our words...you open your hand and you satisfy the desire of every living thing. Now you can't get more specific than that. So once again it's back to trusting God that he knows our needs and he knows the appointment time when we need an answer. He is faithful to provide what we need but sense he sees the future and we cannot....he knows the "right" time to give them to us. I am just walking through this and I want to encourage all of you to walk in faith and trust that whatever we need is coming at the right time . God gives us these promises.

Blessed Is The Man, Who Trusts The Lord!

Good Afternoon Christian Peeps! Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. I have been reading actually several books at one time....and the message I keep getting is "to trust in the Lord" Now it is easy to say that you trust but harder to do when you have so many things being thrown at you. The process by which we show faith is by trusting and by trusting we let go of our worries and relinquish them over to God. Yes, it can be hard to truly let them go....but go back to one of my first christian peeps. I talked about seeing yourself with a rope, the rope being your troubles that you are turning over to God. Now imagine him trying to take the rope(problems) from you but you are still hanging onto it (them). Now imagine you letting the rope go and truly giving it all over to him. If you will use this scenario when you are trying to release your problems to him it will help you to mentally let go. It does for me. I pray that we will all have the courage and the faith to truly give our problems, situations over to Him. When we do we are blessed!

Good Afternoon Christian Peeps! I am so busy! I guess that's a good thing. Anyway. I really haven't had time to meditate on what God wants me to give you. So here is what is coming to mind. He Will Hold Our Hand!!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Another beautiful day that the Lord Hath Made! I Will Rejoice and Be Glad In It!!! When we feel as if we can't go on....Jesus holds our hand. He will walk with us and when we can't even walk, he carries us. He gives us several assurances that he is with us. The Bible is full of scripture where He is encouraging us to Fear Not, and to lean on him...to cry out to him....there are so many. I encourage each of us today to let him be there for us. Release our burdens to him and trust! He will take care of it all. He is our Father after all!!!

He Bears Our Burdens Daily!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Just waking up to this wonderful warm weather sets my world right! We are so blessed today to have a Father who according to Psalms 68:19 bears our burdens daily. Just another reminder to let our burdens go, we don't have to carry them ourselves. Jesus is already carrying them for us. So today be blessed and Praise the Lord for He is our salvation. There are several meanings for salvation...but the one I like simply says: deliverance from danger or difficulty. Believe on the Lord today and have a wonderful, wonderful day!

"Look Both Ways"

Good Afternoon Christian Peeps! I try to get these out in the mornings but sometimes it's hard to do. Okay the message I wanted to send to you today is titled "Look Both Ways". I really felt like God was sending me a message today because when I stopped at the stop sign on my way to school....I was mentally prompted to "Look Both Ways". Now I always out of habit look both ways, but today it was sent to me Loud and Clear! So I began to meditate on it. My take on this is that the message is: when you come to a crossroad and you need to make a decision about which way to go....it is always a good idea to look both ways. In essence, take a moment to think it through. Now when you take the time to think it through, you give God a chance to prompt you in the way you need to go. This may be just for me today, because I tend to think something through for about 2 seconds and then jump in my haste to get things going. But I wanted to share it in case it's also for someone out there today. Be encouraged that when you "look both ways" you give God the opportunity to direct your path.

Remember Who You Are
A lot of days don't you feel like Simba in The Lion King? Simba's evil uncle (the enemy) has led him to believe that he's alone in the world, he has failed in such a way that he can never be forgiven, and he no longer has a purpose or identity. Simba believes that he has to live out his days in the jungle as a failure. One night as he sits next to a lake, he hears his father's voice say, "Remember who you are." Suddenly Simba sees a reflection in the water of who he truly is, a strong, courageous lion who is the rightful heir to the kingdom. He receives his true identity and takes off to fulfill his destiny of restoring life to the kingdom.
Our loving Father gave us hundreds of Scriptures of who we are in Christ. Over and over he is saying through the Word, "Remember who you are. You are a reflection of me." Take some time to gaze into the Living Water and see the reflection of who you are.

The Meek Shall Inherit The Earth!!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Did you know that if we go through our day enduring injury with patience and without resentment that we can inherit the earth and have an abundance of peace? That's what the Bible tells us in Psalms 37:11. Webster's describes meek as: enduring injury with patience and without resentment. We all know basically what inherit means but I like this definition: to come into possession of or receive especially as a right or divine portion. What we do each day affects the most important things around us. How we handle situations affect our outcome. Those of us who are seeking peace, this tells us exactly how to get it. And Jesus promises us an abundance in peace. So be kind to those who dispitefully use you.... smile at those who go out of their way to make your day miserable....love those who for some reason seem to hate you......because you know something they don't...... by being meek you are going to inherit the earth and enjoy abundant peace. It's all worth it in the end. May God help you remain meek for his glory today and bless you with peace!

He Can Restore Your Soul!

Good Afternoon Peeps! What a gorgeous day! Another of Webster's definitions of "Soul" is a person's total self. I love that God can restore our soul. He can renew it for us. So when you feel that your total self is not quite right, just turn to Jesus and ask him to restore you soul. My Soul Loves Jesus! Happy Day to you all!

God's Candles!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! It is a beautiful quiet morning for me. I am looking at the sun and enjoying the peace and quiet in my office. God is so wonderful! Today I want to remind you of how powerful a candle is. When your electricity goes out in your home and you light the one and only candle you can find... aren't you amazed at how much light that candle gives off. Just that one candle can light up a whole room. We are God's candles everyday! We are out in the world lighting up the dark rooms around us. We are the only light that some people may ever see. Imagine if you can ... some person or some child who lives in a home where love is seldom shown if at all... imagine living in a home where no one seems to care if you are there or not... now imagine that same person coming to a job or attending school where you are and seeing a smile from you and a "How are you today"?...that may not seem a lot to you but to that person it meant everything. Even when we perform the little things, it produces much. Showing God's love is not hard, it requires empathy within us. Allow God to give you empathy for others around you today. Today may be the day that you affect someone at a very crucial moment in their life. May God bless each and every one of you!

He Makes Everything Glorious!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! I have been away this last week and couldn't do emails or anything which was actually a good thing. I have missed you guys and I am glad to be back.

Today, I would like to share with you that Jesus makes everything glorious! Webster's defines glorious as : marked by great beauty or splendor. If we will let him he can make all things glorious.....Our day can start glorious, our water can taste glorious, our job can be glorious, our spirit will be glorious. I guess what I am trying to say is that what we experience each day is a mind set....no matter what we are experiencing in the physical world, we can adapt our mind set to a spiritual experience and everything will look and feel glorious. Do you know that if you practice this even an hour a day you can give the Devil a black eye......

I pray for all of us today to change our mind sets to a new and improved state! Lord help us to see and feel things in the glorious sense. Knowing that you are there, just a whisper of a prayer away!

I have to share this with you....so much has happened to me in the first of this year that I am still reeling from it all. However, the other day I was praying and saying "Lord how come we don't see miracles like we used too. It seems when I pray I don't get an answer....are you out there Lord". Mind you we all have our doubts.....but what is so wonderful is that It was almost like a sweet gentle voice that said...."I am everywhere....you see miracles everyday.....flowers grow, the sun shines bright, the rivers and waters flow, your children are safe, you have all you need, you are not hungry, you have people who love you, accidents are prevented... I was there! So the next time you have doubts....just look around you, he is definately there!

He Has Created A Good Work In Us.

Good Morning Christian Peeps! I was surfing the Bible ( how awesome is that) and found this wonderful scripture. We can be confident that He who began a Good Work in us, gives us the guarantee that he will carry it through to completion until the day of Christ Jesus! How wonderful is that. I don't know about you but it lifts me today. He has my back, he created me for a purpose and will not leave me until that purpose is fulfilled. We can walk with ease knowing that he will never leave us nor forsake us. We have a great assurance today.

He Will Direct Our Path!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! I love Proverbs! It is a great book for learning to live God's ways. Our scripture today talks about how we may devise (to form in the mind by new combinations or applications of ideas or principles) our ways but the Lord directs them. I'm glad today that God directs our path. I have tried to direct my own path in the past and nothing ever worked out the way I wanted. Now God is directing my path and everything is working out great! God is so good! Let him direct your path today. We were all designed for a purpose....yield to his will.

Good Morning Christian Peeps! The Sun is shining and all is well with my soul. Speaking of soul, Webster defines soul as: the spiritual principle embodied in human beings, all rational and spiritual beings. My spiritual self is flying high this morning. I looked up soul in the Bible and found this scripture. It captures how I feel..... Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. The Lord Is Our Keeper!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Today the Lord is our keeper, he protects us day and night. He will keep us from evil and preserve our soul. He is here for us today. No matter what we may be going through, no matter the pain or the debt. Our God is here for us all we need do is call upon him. I am glad today that I know Jesus! He is what makes me get out of bed each day.
