God Has A Plan!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God knows where we are and where we are going. Those heartaches, trials, tragedies, trauma's all happen in order to shape us into what we need to be to when we get where we are going. Without those situations we wouldn't be ready or complete to do what our next task in life requires. Out of every bad situation something great happens. So if we quit looking at our situations as bad and start being thankful we are going through them, then we can get to where we need to be much faster and more accomplished! We can't be the leader until we have followed. We can't teach until we have been taught. We can't truly loved until we have had our hearts broken and we certainly can't empathize unless we have experienced hard times. God has a plan! Be Blessed!

Even Though......Yet.....

Good Morning Christian Peeps! We may not see the sun but we know it's there. We may not hear the bird chirp but we know that it still can. We may not see the flowers now but we know they will come. We may not feel or see or be able to touch God but we know without a doubt He is with us. Even though we may not be where we want to be now we can get there. Even though we may not have a clue what to do, it will come. It really does take trust. Just a little mustard seed of faith! Be thankful and grateful and be blessed!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! We were not born to fail. When we continue a forward motion there is no stopping us. It's when we lose sight of what we are doing that our journey begins to break down. It's when we began to compare ourselves with others, look for what we think might be an easier road, a shorter distance or began to think too much that we began to lose our way and lose heart. When we listen to the wrong advice and quit listening to our hearts is when we stumble. We must feel again that hope and excitement about where we are going and continue on regardless of what we may face. Onward and upward! Be Blessed!

On This Good Friday!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! On this good Friday, I am thankful that my Lord and Savior gave up his life for mine. On this good Friday, I am so thankful that He rose again! On this good Friday, I am thankful that He saved me and gave me such wonderful blessings! I am so thankful for His love, mercy and grace! Today, I give praise like never before because without Good Friday, there would not be an Easter Sunday! Think on the good things! Be blessed!

There Is Always Hope!

Old Things Should Pass Away.....

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Sometimes we hold on to things that we should have let go of a long time ago. Old hats, shoes clothes......attitudes....the way we do things. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Maybe it's time to do some housekeeping. Maybe it's time to do away with those things that do not serve us anymore. Maybe it's time to get rid of the past and embrace the new that is in front of us. Focusing on the old or the past does not serve our future in fact it hinders it. Just as we clean out our physical closet, let's clean out our spiritual closet and start fresh! Be Blessed!

Let Go Let God!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God can reach us no matter where we are. We may feel as if He has left us alone and destitute but He would never do that. I believe that it is in those moments when He is carrying us. He knows we have reached a spot where we can no longer walk on our own and so He picks us up and begins to walk for us! There are dangers we can't see, walls too high and rivers too deep for us to go it alone. In these moments we must rely on our trust and faith in Him! Let go and let God! Be Blessed!

Be Still!

Good Afternoon Christian Peeps!  There are moments when the road suddenly disappears, the sun goes behind the cloud and the fog moves over us so deep we fear we may never find our way. But we have been here before many times, and always we have managed to get through it.  We just have to know that as the saying goes....this too shall pass.  All of a sudden the sun will come out, the fog will disappear and we will see a road again leading the way.  Being still and waiting sometimes is the key.  Be Blessed!

The Closer We Are The Better The Supply!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Jesus said, "Abide in me as I abide in you. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me." John 15:4 (NRSV) We know that a single branch by itself cannot produce fruit or flowers but connected to the whole tree or bush it can. That is where the life of the plant or tree comes from. It's how the water and food travels to the fruit or flower. Well, we need our spiritual food and water as well in order to produce good works. We know as we move away from our Father we begin to lose sight of our purpose and we are not as fruitful as we could be. The closer we are the better the supply of what we need, giving us the strength to be fruitful and fulfill our purpose. Move closer and watch how beautiful our lives become, how full, how fruitful. Happy Ending!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Life is a stage. We are the actors. God is the director and the writer of our lives. The movie of our lives is an Oscar winning movie and it is perfect in it's creation. So when we try to change the direction and the storyline to be what we want it to be, we mess everything up and then it ends up on the cutting room floor lost without purpose. We must bring our passion to this role...the only role we have and we must quit trying to direct for we are not directors. We must quit trying to write our own script, for we are not the writer. Let go and let God direct our lives, because the writer already has the happy ending. Be Blessed!

Landing?

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Some of us may feel as if our plane will never land. We are in a holding pattern that seems to go on forever. We have been circling for what feels like years with no hope of landing. Does this sound familiar? Well, the reason that airplanes get stuck in a holding pattern is usually because it is not their time to land. There isn't room on the runway....too many other planes have come in ahead of them. So they must wait there turn to land. What would happen should the plane decide that it didn't like to be in the holding pattern and try to land? It could result in a catastrophic event. One that could take the lives of many. So what is our lesson today? To relax and keep circling until it is our time! Our turn will come and when it does it will be safe to land and everything we have wanted will be waiting on the ground for us! This is just a preparation moment. While we are waiting we can check our engine, check our landing gear, check our gauges and make sure that when we get the call to land we are ready! Keep flying and circling today....God really does have a plan and we may be up next for landing! Be Blessed!

What About The Good Things?

Good Morning Christian Peeps! How many times do we ask why when it comes to bad things that happen in this world. We question why evil exists always but do we stop to question why there is goodness in the world because there is if we are looking for it. We question why the weather is bad or why we feel sick. But do we question why the sun shines or the waters are so blue? What about the days when we aren't sick..... It's time to accentuate the positve. We really do find exactly what we are looking for. The Untapped Potential!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! When we hike up a trail and reach the top of even a small mountain or hill and we can look out over a vast area, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Most of the time we are in awe of how beautiful it is, how clean, how great and wonderful. We look out and we say wow! What great potential, how untouched and marvelous this is. Well, I imagine that is what God sees when He views us. How beautiful, what great potential they have. If only they could see what I see, then they would not doubt what great things they could do. If only they could know what I know, they wouldn't fear walking into the unknown. If only they could embrace their potential and beauty there would be no stopping them. Let's stop judging ourselves and see ourselves as God sees us. Let's understand what God so lovingly placed inside us and just be what He made us to be. It's not about trying hard, it's about turning loose and letting Him do the work in us. It's about tapping into that potential that we all know is inside, and just walking it out. Not listening to our neighbors who had nothing whatsoever to do with our creation. But listening to the Man who made everything possible. Be Blessed!

Season!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! A wise woman taught a Bible study last Sunday that talked about being in seasons of our lives. We are all in seasons that reflect what we should be doing at the time. Sometimes we are in a season of motherhood. We are strictly supposed to focus on our children. Sometimes we are in a season of new career paths. The important lesson is to understand our limitations at the time of each season. Know that if we are feeling frustrated and overwhelmed that we are trying to accomplish something that is outside the scope of our talents and gifts. Relax! Focus on those areas we are talented in, those areas that we know and quit trying to do those things we are not equipped to do. This is our season. It could change. Let's embrace this season, do what we know we can do, relax and enjoy! Be Blessed!
