God Longs To Be Gracious To Us!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Isaiah 30:18 Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him! The Lord longs to be gracious to us! Gracious means: of a merciful and compassionate nature. Longs means: to have a strong wish or desire. So we need to take this into our spirit today. God longs to be gracious to us.....He is a God of Justice... and blessed are we when we wait on Him! So although we need something today, recognize that He and He alone has the plan.... and He is working it all out....but we must wait upon Him! God is so good! Let Him do his job today! Let Go and Let God! Be blessed!

Greater Is He!!!!!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world!!! Can we grasp this today? Because God trumps satan anytime and anywhere! And satan knows that, which is why he fights so hard to get us to believe him and not what God tells us! Don't believe the enemy today.....believe the one who created us and died for us! Be Blessed!

Don't Give Up On The Dream!

Good Afternoon Christian Peeps! I am not able to send these out as prompt or as frequent as I would like so bear with me. I found this today and thought it very appropriate for me if not anyone else. I hope this poem blesses all who have felt or does feel this way frequently! Be Blessed.

Don't give Up!
Your Dreams May Be Closer
Than You Think!

There may be times when you feel
as if you have taken a million steps towards
your dreams, and acted on your plans, only to find
yourself in the same place that you began from.
At times like this, you must not give up.

You must continue on. Though you may feel
lost, bewildered, and alone, continue to believe
in yourself. Do not allow discouragement and
doubt to blur your vision and wash away
your dreams. Visualize your way beyond the
detours, standstills, and obstacles.

You will realize your dreams. You have
worked hard and taken so many productive
steps in a positive direction that you are bound
to succeed. Whatever the hurt of the moment
may be, it will pass. Tomorrow is always a
new dawn. Today, you must pause, rest, catch
your breath, and then look ahead. Each step
will bring you closer to your dreams. The
rainbows and the love that you deserve are in
sight. Happiness is just around the next turn.

Seek Him And We Shall Find Him!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Jeremiah 29:11-13 says 11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Okay so we know he has a plan but did we recognize that He also gives us the action steps to take? The last part of that verse says, then you will call on me and come and pray to me and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek with all your heart." When we seek God to know his plans, we will find Him and He will show us and help us get to where we need to be. Seek Him today and let Him lead us into our destiny! Be Blessed!

Being Teachable!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! To be teachable is to have an attitude of pure and complete

humility. It means to surrender your thinking, your reactions and responses to God… to submit yourself and
your future to Him. To be teachable is to be hungry to hear from God, so you can be transformed into all He designed you to be. To be teachable is to be completely touchable in the hands of the Divine Potter. (Mentoringministry.com)

(Isaiah 64:8 NKJV) “But now, O LORD, You are our Father; we
are the clay, and you our potter; and all we are the work of
your hand.”

When we are not teachable it hinders us from going forward. We hold onto our ideas thinking they are the best. Thinking that we know everything there is to know. It is arrogance that keeps us from learning anything new and therefore advancing into our calling. Let's not allow a spirit of arrogance to steal our abundant life. Stop, Listen and Learn! Be blessed!

We Either Give Life Or Take It Away!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! I read this somewhere and thought it was great..... we either give life to people or we take it away. In other words we either leave their presence having uplifted and encouraged them or we leave them feeling down and depressed. What do we give? It's something to think about. Jesus came so that we might have life and everywhere he went he touched people's lives for the better. He loved people that others would not give a chance to. He ate with those that were considered awful people. Who are we uplifting today? Who are we giving life too? Let's breathe life into someone today, be it a hug, smile, or just a kind word! Be blessed!

ps. I didn't write that yesterday....I just shared it from another site....

A Prayer For A Hectic Day

Good Morning Christian Peeps! This is and probably will be my longest peeps ever, but I thought it was worth sharing. Just when we think our day couldn't get any worse....it could! Remember and be in prayer for those less fortunate than we are..... maybe they don't know how to pray or how afffective prayer can be....

Be Blessed!

A PRAYER FOR A HECTIC DAY

Heavenly Father,

Help us remember that the jerk who cut us off in

traffic last night is a single mother who worked nine hours that day and was

rushing home to cook dinner, help with homework, do the laundry and

spend a few precious moments with her children.

Help us to remember that the pierced, tattooed,

disinterested young man who can't make change correctly is a worried

19-year-old college student, balancing his apprehension over final exams

with his fear of not getting his student loans for next semester.

Remind us, Lord, that the scary looking bum, begging

for money in the same spot every day (who really ought to get a job!)

is a slave to addictions that we can only imagine in our worst

nightmares.

Help us to remember that the old couple walking annoyingly slow

through the store aisles and blocking our shopping progress are savoring

this moment, knowing that, based on the biopsy report

she got back last week, this will be the last year that they go shopping

together.

Heavenly Father, remind us each day that, of all the

gifts you give us, the greatest gift is love. It is not enough to

share that love with those we hold dear. Open our hearts not just to those

who are close to us but to all humanity. Let us be slow to judgment and quick

to forgiveness and patience and empathy and love. AMEN!

Even though I clutch my blanket and growl when the

alarm rings. Thank you, Lord, that I can hear. There are many who are

deaf.

Even though I keep my eyes closed against the morning

light as long as possible. Thank you, Lord, that I can see. Many are

blind.

Even though I huddle in my bed and put off rising.

Thank you, Lord, that I have the strength to rise. There are many who are

bedridden.

Even though the first hour of my day is hectic, when socks are lost, toast

is burned and tempers are short, my children are so loud. Thank you, Lord,

for my family. There are many who are lonely.

Even though our breakfast table never looks like the pictures in magazines

and the menu is at times unbalanced. Thank you, Lord,

for the food we have. There are many who are hungry.

Even though the routine of my job often is monotonous,

Thank you, Lord, for the opportunity to work. There are many who have no

job.

Even though I grumble my circumstances were not so modest. Thank you, Lord,

for life.

Give Thanks And Pass The Blessing....

Good Morning Christian Peeps!

Let us give thanks for all that was and is to come. It doesn’t really matter how the year started but how it ends, right? It’s easy to give thanks for the obvious such as food or water but what about the fortunate moments and the multitude of blessings? It’s not always easy to focus on the good vs the bad. The bad tends to linger with us longer. What about all those negative forces that ended up being a blessing.
I once heard a true story about a woman who had taken a bad fall from her horse. She was broken in so many places and in real bad shape for a while. But because of that fall and having to go to the hospital she found out she had a form of Leukemia and began treatment right away. Because of that fall, she is doing great today. The broken bones healed but had they not caught the Leukemia, who knows what could have happened. We never know what situation may reveal a blessing in disguise. Having an attitude of gratitude helps us get through those moments we don’t understand. We can be thankful for what is and what is to come, because the “what is to come”, could be a dream come true! Be Blessed!

Pass It On!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! There is a whole world of hurting hopeless people that we come in contact with everyday, somedays or just once in a while. Our tendency is to give them a wide berth for fear they will lash out at us or make us feel bad. But let's stop and ask ourselves first "What would Jesus do"? He would love them and probably pray for them. But what can we do? We can love them and pray for them. They may not accept it at first because they have been hurt by so many people in the past but eventually we can get through. We can let God's love shine through us until we become effective! Then the walls began to crumble and that hurting person is now open to finding healing for that broken soul. That is the mission that God requires us to be on. To reach out to a hurting world and show them Jesus. Show them the healing that can take place. Show them the love that so abounds if only they will be open to it! God's love reached out to us one day.....let's pass it on! Be Blessed!

Just Don't Quit!!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Don't quit when the mountain seems too high. Don't quit when you don't get an answer. Don't quit when someone hurts your feelings. Don't quit just because your body is tired. Don't quit because you feel inadequate. Don't quit because it seems unfamiliar. Don't quit because you don't understand. Don't quit because you don't feel loved. Don't quit because someone told you too. Don't quit even if you don't know where you are going. Don't quit even if those around you appear to. Don't quit.....just don't quit!!! Jesus didn't! Be Blessed!

Stand!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! When we have done all we can to stand....just stand. It's important that when we feel we can't go on that we just don't give up! Stand until we see the salvation...until we see deliverance....until the path clears and we see where we need to go. But stand. It is the enemy's desire to get us to quit. When we quit, we fall back, there is some part of starting over....we lose ground! When we stand....we remain where we are....we may not advance right then but we don't lose ground! Stand today.....God is there to help us in our weakness....so stand! Be Blessed!
