Good Morning Christian Peeps! God closes doors for a reason. Sometimes it is to protect us, other times it is to bring about a new perspective. There are several examples of this in the Bible. God closed up a young Sara's womb so that he could do a miraculous work in old age. Paul and Silas went several directions seeking an open door but didn't find one until they went clear across the country. God kept locking doors until they reach the right one and because of their persistence, a pagan world came to know God. Paul and Silas also encountered a locked prison but because they decided to praise God through it, a jailer and his family were saved. We have to understand that God is not locking doors because he doesn't love us, he is locking them to either protect us or to bring about amazing work for the kingdom. It is through waiting upon the Lord and trusting in his plan that we see great things come about. Trust in the Lord today, lean not unto our own understanding but in all ways acknowledge Him! Be Blessed!
