Trusting God Brings Peace!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! There is such peace in knowing that we can turn everything over to God. He can go before us and fight our battles. No matter what comes against us we can rest assured that He will work it out! Any question we might have, He knows the answer. Any confusion we have, He can make it clear. We have only to trust in Him. I know that I write a lot about trusting in Jesus....but I have found that it works everytime and there is such peace that comes with trusting Him. In this day we all need peace and He is where it comes from. There is not a problem He can't solve! Be Blessed!

I Dare You!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Remember when we were young and our friends would dare us to do something and almost inevitably we would do it. We couldn't seem to help ourselves. We felt that if we didn't take the dare then someone might think less of us. Well, today I dare you to live an abundant life. I dare you to step out of your box and do something radical that could change your life for the better. I dare you to tell someone you love them that maybe hasn't heard it in a long time. I dare you to pray more. I dare you to get quiet and listen to the voice of God. I dare you to live life to the fullest. There is a saying I found. "You can't control your birth and you can't control your death...but you can control how wonderful your living is! I dare all of us to live an abundant life!!! Be Blessed!

Stop, Look And Listen!!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! I am reminded of a little saying they teach you in elementary school. "Stop, Look and Listen". We are faced with cross roads all the time in our life. We are faced with decision making that most of the time is not easy. When we come to the cross roads or the decision making...why not

"Stop" - assess the situation,
"Look "- around and check out the possible pitfalls, and
"Listen" - listen to what God is telling you.

He alone knows what is best for us. He alone knows which path we need to choose. When we apply this rule to everything we do....then we can confidently proceed to where we need to be and do what we need to do. Be Blessed!

Appreciate The Blessings!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! He gives us the valley to appreciate the mountain, He gives us the mountain to appreciate the valley. We get hungry to appreciate food. We get cold to appreciate warmth. We get sick to appreciate being well. We get low on money to appreciate our jobs. Our hearts are to be grateful always for the big and the small blessings. When we walk in gratefullness then we are walking in appreciation for all things God has supplied us with. When we are thankful, we see opportunities, we see goodness, we embrace love, we see God. If We Believe......

Good Morning Christian Peeps! If we believe that God created the Heavens and the Earth, then we must believe that He can create anything in our lives. If we believe that God could give a 90 something year old woman a baby, then we must believe that He can birth anything within us. If we believe that God parted the Red Sea so the Isrealites could pass through, then we must believe that He can open any door for us! If we believe that God healed the woman with the issue of blood then we must believe that He can heal us of our infirmities! God loves us all and is willing to do miracles in our lives, if only we believe! Be Blessed!

What A Friend We Have In Jesus!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! There is a hymn that we all know that I believe says it all....

What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry, everything to God in prayer! O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear, all because we do not carry , everything to God in prayer.

So many times we try to carry our own burdens, instead of simply giving them to the one who can take care of them all. We forfeit such peace when we try to work things out on our own. We have worry and strife when all we need to do is give them to God in prayer. James 4:2 says "We have not because we ask not!" All we have to do today is turn it over to him. Ask him to take care of whatever the situation may be and when you do, you will finally have peace! Be Blessed Today!

When The Going Get's Tough!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! There is a saying that when the "going get's tough, the tough get's going"! Well, in the past my motto has been when the "tough get's going, just quit". I have since realized that when I quit, I essentially have to start all over thereby never gaining any ground. Since resolving to not give up, I can see where the "tough get's going strength comes from. Just by refusing to give up...creates a more powerful push..creating a greater force by which to make it through those tough times. By pushing through the tough times, not only are we gaining ground, but we are setting a precedence for the tough times to follow. We are setting ourselves up for success! We are saying no matter what comes my way I am going to prevail...that is a force in itself. And with God behind us helping us...there isn't anything we can't make it through! So when the thought of quitting comes in..just push it out and push back at the toughness with a greater resolve to go through! When we do the possible, God will do the impossible. God can make our natural strength, super natural! Be Blessed Today!

Come Up Higher!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! Listen closely and hear the voice of God. In the midst of the storm you may hear him say "Come up higher". Sometimes when we are going through things, it is a test to see if we trust him enough to listen for his voice and follow him. When the sheep are lost they follow the sound of the Sheppard. He may be trying to get us to come up higher where the winds are not so strong, where there is peace and joy. But if we can't hear him we may never know that there is a safer place...we may not be able to get there. May we all hear the voice of God leading us higher where we are safe in his arms...higher where we may achieve more. Be Blessed!

Don't Settle, Get All Of Your Promise!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God gives us the promise but we have to carry it out. In Genesis chapter 11...Terah, Abraham's father took his family and traveled as far as Haran and they settled there....Now the verse of scripture said they were to go into and enter the land of Canaan...but they went as far as Haran and settled there. Maybe they got tired and decided to stop....but by quitting they missed the wonderful opportunities in the land of Canaan and settled for what they received in Haran. That's not to say they had a bad life...but they could have had more! God wants us to have more...but we have to not give up when the going gets tough or when we get tired. Some of the most wonderful blessings come out of the hardest times. Keep going and receive all that God has for you....it will be beyond your hopes and dreams! Don't Give Up! Be Blessed!--

The Truth Shall Set Us Free!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God is Truth! We seek truth throughout our lives in many things. Our Relationships, our families, our churches, our children, our friends....the list goes on. But the real truth we seek lies in God. He alone has all the answers to what we are searching for. Jer. 29:13 says "and ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart." John 8:32 says and "ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free". When we seek God with all our hearts, we will find him and when we find him we find truth, when we find truth, we are set free! Free from bondage. We are no longer bound but are made free in Christ Jesus! Search for God and He will show us the real Truth! Be Blessed!--

Rivers Of Living Water!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God is our River of Living Water! Rivers of water flow and have life. When they stop flowing they either become stagnant or they dry up. As long as a body of water is moving in whatever direction it has life. The water remains clear. But when it stands still for a while it becomes muddy, murky and dirty. We have to keep moving....keep flowing....let the living waters flow from us. Let our lively waters affect others around us. Make a decision and move! Don't stand still in doubt that's when our life becomes stagnant waters. Be Blessed With Life!

Don't Ever Give Up!!!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God does not give up on us! Therefore we should not give up on Him! The only way we can fail at anything is when we give up! As long as we are forging ahead we are still succeeding. If one thing doesn't seem to be working, we just need to try another thing or another way. But the secret of success is never ever giving up on your dream on your family, on your healing, on your finances, on your salvation, and any other area of your life. It's like in a game, if you quit in the middle of a game then decide you want to keep going...you have to start over. Sometimes starting over seems overwhelming. Look at how far we have come! What we have gone through to get where we are....now think of the reason you feel like quitting. Is it worth it?! Is it worth throwing away everything you have accomplished thus far and starting over? Because even if we quit now, we will eventually start over....that's what happens when we have a dream built in....it doesn't just go away...it keeps coming back and knocking on our door. Decide today to never ever give up! Just don't....when we fall....we just pray and get back up and keep putting one foot in front of the other. We are still in motion! Let's not let that motion end! A Good Report!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God is the report writer. When Joshua and Caleb went to spy out the land that God had promised the Israelites they had 10 other men with them. Joshua and Caleb came back and told Moses and the people that they could take the land that God had promised them. But the other ten men reported that they could not possess the Land. Because of this Joshua and Caleb and all the people under 20 years of age were allowed to go into the promised land but all the others including Moses could not. When people today come and tell us things....which report do we believe? Are we believing those people who tell us that we can't make it through these troubles.. that we can't get our healing or financial freedom?...or ..are we listening to those who tell us that we can make it... we can possess what God has called us to do. We can get our healing despite what the Doctors say... we can get out of debt despite what the economy doom and gloomers are saying. We can walk in God's anointing....we can achieve what we have in our hearts. We can get over the past. Do we believe the good report today? By believing the good report we get to pass into the promised land where milk and honey flows. Be Blessed With The Good Report

No Fear!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God is with us! Sometimes the only thing that stands between us and what we want or need is fear. Fear of failure, fear of what others will think, fear that we aren't smart enough or strong enough. Sometimes it is fear that we will succeed and then what? Fear that we will be healed and then what? We put too many expectations on ourselves sometimes when really all we need to do is trust God. He takes care of the details. It really is simple! Love cast out all fear! Get a hold of loving God and others and watch the fear leave. Be Blessed!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God is a big God! I know all of us are being overwhelmed with the problems of our country! You can't really go anywhere that you don't hear a lot of negative things! However, I have decided to pitch my tent in the land of Hope and that Hope is Christ Jesus. When we have Hope in Jesus, we do not have to worry about the things of this world. We were put here to worship Him and Magnify Him. The things we are experiencing are just reasons to worship Him more! Pitch your tent in the land of Hope today....give all of it to God and He will work it all out according to His Plan! Be Blessed today with abundant Hope!

Who Would Have Thought Blessings!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God is so wonderful! I heard something the other day that struck me....a minister was talking about "Who would have thought blessings!" I got to thinking...uhm....I've had some of those! Aren't they wonderful? Those blessings that are so amazing... When Sarah was told she would have a son in her old age...she laughed....who would have thought that it would have happened...she was way past child rearing days! When Gideon won his battle with only three hundred men against several thousand...who would have thought it could have happened? When the wall of Jericho came down because Joshua and his people obeyed God and marched around the walls 7 times and then blew the trumpets! Who would have thought! We could go on and on about those type of blessings in the Bible. What about our "who would have thought blessings"? We have all had those blessings that seemed impossible to us...but was so possible with God! May all of us remember those blessings and thank God today. Be Blessed!!!

As Simple As A Sun Rise!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God is miraculous! There is a song we used to sing years ago. It was a simple song that just said, "Faith can move mountains, mountians of fear and of doubt. Faith can move mountains, why don't you try your faith now. " There are numerous scriptures in the Bible that talks about faith. We have probably read them over and over...but sometimes we just need a refresher, a reminder of how simple it is to believe. Just as we believe that the sun will come up in the morning, that is how simple it is to believe that God can heal, protect, save, supply needs, encourage, bless....etc. There is nothing hard about it...it's just waking up believing that it will happen. Throw some praise on it and now we have just kicked up our faith a notch or two. May we all embrace the faith that we were created with....allow it to come to the surface and get what God has been longing to touch us with, if only we would believe! Be Blessed!

Some of those distractions are fighting battles that just don't need fighting. We spend useless energy on these things when we could be spending it on where we are going and what God has for us. These are things we have to let roll off our backs and just say a prayer and keep focused and keep moving toward where God is taking us. Use our energy on Godly things, not worldly things! Get Connected!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! God is our connection! We know that in order to receive power we must be connected to a power source. To use our appliances at home we have to have them plugged in, in order to receive the power source to make them work. When our power goes down, we are no longer able to use anything that requires electricity. Our ultimate power comes from God. When we are connected to him in prayer we can receive power to overcome sickness, depression, whatever is sapping our power. Get plugged in today to increase your power! Be Blessed!

Do It With All Your Might!

Good Morning Christian Peeps! There is a passage of scripture that talks about whatever your hands find to do, do it with all your might. I think that means that we need to be plugged into our lives. That whatever we are doing, we need to give it 100%. When we pray, pray with all our might. When we help the poor and the lost, do it with all our might. When we work, do it with all our might.
