Good Morning Christian Peeps! Jack Dempsey said, "A Champion is one who gets up when he can't". There are so many times in our lives that we feel we have been knocked out for good. We are down for the count as they say in the boxing world. But those moments when we feel we can't make another step, cross another divide, or get up one more time, are the moments where destiny meets who we really are. Those are the moments that define what we are made of. Those are the moments that predict if we are truly champions or if we are quitters....losers. A champion gets back up even when every bone and muscle in his body is screaming in pain....when he probably can't see out of one eye and the other hurts too bad to focus! A champion is one who when gets the wind knocked out of him....he simply grasped for more air and keeps going! Champions are winners because they simply do not quit! Are we champions today? Do we have that burning desire to succeed and keep going no matter what? Can we push through whatever is trying to stop us in our path? Yes we can! And Yes we are! With God all things are possible. He is truly the wind beneath our wings. He is the imaginary arm that helps us up. Be Blessed today Mighty Champions!

Forgive To Change The Future!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Sometimes to extend forgiveness is hard, sometimes it may seem simple. It depends on the circumstances I suppose....but maybe we just need to change the way we look at forgiveness. Forgiveness is not for the person who hurt us or committed an act against us, forgiveness changes us. Forgiveness releases us from what could be a prison of our own making. Unforgiveness stands in the way of our future and keeps us stuck in the past. Unforgiveness robs us of joy, happiness, excitement and from accomplishing great things. It wraps us in bars that only allows us to watch the world as it passes us by. Forgiveness is the door that when extended, swings open wide to endless possibilities! Let us move beyond the past, forgive those hurts that have taken up camp in our lives and jump with great expectation into our grand future! Be Blessed!
-- When you forgive, you in no way change the past - but you sure do change the future. Bernard Meltzer

When Commitment Is Not Enough!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! There is commitment, but in the course of that commitment there has to be growth. It has to evolve, move, progress. "When Commitment Is Not Enough!" These words popped into my head this morning and I went searching for what they meant. Commitment is a good thing but when that commitment does not evolve as we evolve or grow as we grow in Christ or in our relationships, then it becomes stale. Just as a business plan must evolve as the business grows so should our commitment to God, family, spouses, children and friends. If we try to operate under our old commitment in our new growth phase we will become frustrated, unfulfilled and likely have several setbacks. Sometimes it's imperative that we shake the dust off the old commitment, reevaluate where we are and write a new commitment for ourselves, for our walk with God and our relationships. By doing this we are progressing! We are growing! We are evolving into who we need to be! It's time to re-write our commitments! Be Blessed!
-- And now [brethren], I commit you to God [I deposit you in His charge, entrusting you to His protection and care]. And I commend you to the Word of His grace [to the commands and counsels and promises of His unmerited favor]. It is able to build you up and to give you [your rightful] inheritance among all God's set-apart ones (those consecrated, purified, and transformed of soul).
Acts 20: 32

What Are We Holding Onto?
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Throughout numerous places in the Bible, God's people found themselves holding onto dreams, expectations, or material things that had nothing what-so-ever to do with God's original plan. They wanted what God wanted but also wanted it the way they wanted.....couldn't they just add this part or take away this part? What could it hurt? What difference would it make? Well, in God's plan it makes a huge difference, in fact it hinders what God is trying to accomplish in our lives. We don't get to rearrange God's plan to suit our needs and wants. Because we can't see the future or the past, we can't see how making even the smallest changes to God's plan can have a devastating affect. People lost their lives in the Bible when they tried to take matters into their own hands. What are we holding onto today that may be interfering in what God has planned for us? Is it a dream, expectation or something material that we think will make all the difference? God knows what is best for us! He knows what the outcome should be. Again, this is where the trust comes in ....the faith.....walking it out! Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. Proverbs 3:5 In today's words.......God's got this! Be blessed!
-- Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. Proverbs 3:5

Walk With A Purpose!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! When we are walking in a crowd, we can always spot the people who are proceeding with a purpose. They are moving at a faster speed and stepping around anyone who gets in their way! They know where they are going, how they are going to get there and what time they need to be there! This is walking with a purpose and people tend to move out of their way. That's what we can do with our spiritual walk as well. Just start walking with a purpose and the way will open up! We would be surprised to see that if we just make up our minds and go....that the way would become clear and open up! Let's proceed with a purpose today...it's high time! Be Blessed!

We Have Exactly What We Think About!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Proverbs 23:7 (KJV) ~ For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he. We often wonder why we continue to have negative things happen to us. Why we can't seem to have that job we want or career. Why we can't find that perfect mate, or live in that great house.... Well, the answer is that what we think about the most is what we get. If we are constantly worried about our finances, then we will get reasons to worry about our finances because that is what we are thinking about. If we worry about anything and keep our minds set on that, then how can we expect good things to come our way. The Bible says think on the good things....and God also says that if we worry we obviously do not trust Him to take care of our problems. We are supposed to cast our cares on Him, think on the good things...meditate on them which is a continual process, delight ourselves in Him and He will give us the desires of our heart. Now, I don't know about you but I think this is a formula for paying attention to what we are thinking about all day and change it! And Yes, we can change it because we do have control over our thoughts! Let's quit letting Satan keep us from getting all that God wants us to have! Pay attention to what we are thinking about today and when a negative thought comes in Rebuke it and replace it with a positive one! We are blessed of God!
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things.Philippians 4:8
casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. I Peter 5:7
Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.Psalm 37:4

Free!!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Gathering around the flag pole today for prayer, reminded me of the freedoms we are so blessed to have. I can't seem to get it out of my head. I looked up the word free and there were so many definitions...but this is the one I chose... 1. made, done, or given voluntarily or spontaneously. We as Americans have so many freedoms that we sometimes take them for grant it... I know I do! But think about that word for a moment! Free!!! When we look at history it just means so much! We are released from whatever bondage has in the past wrapped itself around us. Not only are we politically free but because of Jesus Christ we are spiritually free! Free to love one another, free to worship how we want, free to own businesses, free to read our bibles, free to congregate. We are free! No one or no thing should have us bound today. If someone feels bound or oppressed today, they can go before our Lord and He will set them free!! My prayer is that everyone embraces this word.....let it sink into our hearts and let us no longer sit back and let someone else try to keep us bound or take away the precious freedoms that are ours! Let it be our priority as former President Jimmy Carter stated.....peace, freedom, democracy, human rights, benevolent sharing, love, the easing of human suffering, .....freedom of religion, freedom of worship, we could go on and on! Be Blessed, because we are Free!
-- We will have an unchallenged, open, panoramic opportunity on a global scale to demonstrate the finest aspects of what we know in this country: peace, freedom, democracy, human rights, benevolent sharing, love, the easing of human suffering. Is that going to be our list of priorities or not?

There Is Great Victory!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Psalm 71:20-21 Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up. You will increase my honor and comfort me once again. Even though we may have experienced trouble....many and bitter....(which in the process caused us to grow) He will restore us after the trouble. He will raise us up in victory! He will increase our honor and comfort us again! There is victory for someone out there this morning. I saw this word in prayer and wondered what it meant....but now I feel that it is meant for someone who has been struggling.. God wants you to know that victory is yours for the taking. Let me remind us that when we put God first....He takes care of everything else! Be Blessed!

Think Before We React!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! We were fortunate enough to hear John Maxwell live in St. Louis this weekend. This is one of his quotes and it's so true. Life is 10% of what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. John Maxwell
It is so important that we think before we react. If we take a moment and just pause before we respond to an email, letter, or verbal confrontation, we would be amazed at the outcome. If we can purposely choose to pause, think love, and then respond; we will respond in a way that instead of making things worse, will improve the situation. I like to take a moment and pray before responding. That is a sure fire way to respond in the right way. The spirit way, not the flesh way! Let's be mindful of Satan's tricks..... and respond accordingly! Be Blessed!

It's So Simple...
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Sometimes we make things so hard when in reality they are so simple. The decisions we make have more than likely have been processed from every angle before we finally, if at all, decided to do something. Why? Because we are afraid that we will make the wrong decision. When in reality if we had just gone with our "gut" or instinct that God placed in us we could have made the decision a lot sooner and with a lot happier, more confident heart! God knows the plans that He has for us....plans to prosper us and not harm us, to give us hope and a future.... God already has and knows the plans for us, so really all He needs us to do is listen for our direction. Watch for the doors, be in prayer so we can be sensitive to His spirit. Let Him do the leading, just listen to our instinct that He placed inside us as our spiritual GPS. Follow Christ today! Be Blessed!
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.-

The Lord Is Close...
Good Morning Christian Peeps! This email reaches out to a lot of people. For those of you who have experienced a loss recently, including my family down south, this is for you! I love this scripture because it speaks to me. Psalm 34:18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. When we are so crushed from grief and feel so brokenhearted, we have to remember that God is so close to us. He carries us when we feel we might not be able to take another step. He reaches beyond the grief and holds us in a place that protects us until we can come to terms with it. He understands our human need to hold on, but he assures us that the spirit is there to comfort us and help us with the transition. He saves us from receding into a dark place never to return. He is the love that pulls us back to the light and helps us to learn to live without our loved one present. He is an ever present help in time of trouble! He is our Lord and Savior! Thank you Lord for being there always! Be Blessed!

Turn It On!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Yesterday, I could not send out a Christian Peeps because I couldn't get the Internet to connect. We have the new Hotspot and we have only been using it a few weeks. So imagine my frustration when all of a sudden it wouldn't connect. I tried everything and finally gave up and called technical support. To my embarrassment, I realized that the new laptops have a wireless button that must be turned on in order for it to read any wireless connection. The guy on the phone helping me asked me to reset the hotspot, it was at that exact moment I realized the wireless button was turned off....so I thanked him for helping me and quickly got off the phone. This morning I got to thinking....how does this relate to our walk with God. Well, if we leave the house without ever turning on our direct line to God, without ever touching base with Him first, how can we expect things to go right during the day. When we stay connected we can at any moment send up a prayer, search for wisdom, ask for forgiveness, ect. When we stay connected, we can search Heaven for the right way to conduct ourselves in any given situation. Most importantly of all, when we stay connected we can feel God's love with us always! Remember... Turn It On! Be Blessed!

In Our Weakness, He Is Made Strong!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! We will always have seasons of struggles and testing. There are times when everything we attempt to do will seem to go wrong. The Lord has a purpose in not allowing us to be fruitful all the time. These periods destroy our pride in our own ability and reinforce our dependency on the sufficiency of our God. T.D. Jakes Be Blessed!
" And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me."
2 Corinthians 12:9

He Has Faith In Us!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Have faith in God; God has faith in you. Edwin Louis Cole God has faith in us! He believes we can accomplish anything through Him! He tells us so! Throughout time, He has anointed and appointed different ones to carry out His work....why? Because He knew the potential that was placed in each one. Just like He knows the potential that is in each of us! We can do all things through Christ which strengthens us! Philippians 4:13 Have Faith in God today! Be Blessed!

He Will Not Leave Us Nor Forsake Us!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you. We can all use these words today. No matter what we are facing today, God encourages us to be strong, have courage, do not be afraid, for He is with us and He will never leave us! What comforting words today! Sometimes we don't realize just how committed God is to watching over us and keeping us! The Bible is a constant reminder of his encouragement and instructions for us. He wants us to be successful in all we do and He gives specific instructions on how to do that. Look in the word today and find just what is needed! Be Blessed!

Lest We Forget The Goodness Of God!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Lest we forget the goodness of God...Psalm 103 God is so good! Just reading this today makes my heart jump for joy! In case we were wondering today....God Is Always There.....giving us .... I love this part!...lovingkindness and tender mercies! Be Blessed today!
Bless the Lord, O my soul;
and all that is within me, bless His holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul
and forget not all His benefits:
Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,
Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,
Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Peace!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. May the Lord cover us with his kindess today! Be Blessed!

Keep It Simple!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Life is simple. Most of us have mastered making it very complex. By avoiding, attempting to control, hide, run from, pretend, we have made life a series of complex situations. Is life just that way or has it come to be that way from the choices and decisions we have made? Now, simply -- we get to love it all... ...and choose again...
What a great saying! Think about the choices we make each day. Are we trying to make them more complicated than they really are? Are we reading too much into what is going on? Are blowing things out of proportion? Think simply today! If it seems to much to handle then give it to God! He knows just what to do! Be Blessed!

All Things Work For Good!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose
.. Romans 8:28. This scripture uplifts me so much and I hope it helps someone today. The Bible tells us that all things work together for good! All things! So, now let's let God work all things good for us today. Trust in Him. Let our Faith flow and let God show us what He has in store for us! Be Blessed!
