Good Morning Christian Peeps! Love opens up doors, turns down tempers, dispels worry, comforts the sick, promotes happiness, and allows us to see people how God created them to be. Today is love day. Let's open our hearts for it and to give it. Amazing things happen when love is involved! Be Blessed!
Some of the greater things in life are unseen that's why you close your eyes when you kiss, cry, or dream...

What Love Does!

Listen To Our Heart!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Sometimes it is the first step that leads to our ultimate journey. It is the bravery we find within ourselves to embark on the unknown. It is that voice inside of us that is whispering or in some cases screaming that we need to keep moving. We cannot and will not see change unless we get the courage to forge ahead. If Christoper Columbus had listened to everyone around him... America as we know it today would not have been discovered. That is why that voice that keeps pushing us is so important. The answers we seek are actually in us....we just have to get quiet long enough to hear them. "Listen with our heart". It beats with truth! Be blessed!

Don't Worry!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! The Bible talks about not worrying. Worrying is not having faith, it is the lack thereof. Consider the Lily it doesn't toil nor does it spin, but not even Solomon is arrayed as beautiful as these.(Luke) There are several scriptures in the Bible that encourages us not to worry. Even though we may not be able to see it now, God really does have everything under control. He says that he works everything to the good of those that love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. So today, let's set aside worry and let's turn it all over to God. The one who created us. The one who loved us enough to die for us. And the one who rescues us time and again! Look at Matthew 6:27...who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Don't worry and don't fret. Be blessed!
Matthew 6:25 "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?
Matthew 6:27 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

Love Is:
Good Morning Christian Peeps! It is important to remember what love is! According to I Corinthians Chapter 13: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. With a love like this there is nothing we can accomplish. Loving like this brings us closer to others and to God. This is the model for love. Be Blessed with abundant love!

Perservere!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! James 1:2-4 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. We won't always understand the test and trials that we go through. But James tells us it is the testing of our faith that produces perseverance and perseverance produces maturity and completeness....causing us to not lack anything. So be encouraged today that these trials are for our good. That if we stay steadfast, the Lord will bring us through and his work in us will have been accomplished! There is a light at the end of this trial and it's called Jesus! Be Blessed!

Moving Forward!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! None of us have taken a hold of everything. In other words it's not like we understand everything about where we have been or where we are going. However, one thing is for sure. We do not live in yesterday. But once we have allowed God to reveal and heal our past, we forget what is behind and move forward to what lies ahead! We press onward to the ultimate goal and that is our home in Heaven! God has called us for a purpose and when we hang behind in our past, not only are we missing out on blessings that he has for us, but we are also missing out on the opportunity to help others achieve their goals. The reason we experience pain and sorrow and unbelievable circumstances is so that we can grow in understanding and wisdom and help our brothers and sisters do the same! Let's move forward today....God is there with a stretched out hand ready to take you to where you need to go. Be Blessed!
Philippians 3:13-14
New International Version (NIV)
13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

We Have All We Need!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! Every so often I like to send out Psalm 23 to remind us that everything we need He has already provided. When we Look at this scripture line by line.... we can really take it in. As our shepherd, he gives us everything... we do not want for anything... we can lie down in green pastures, enjoy still waters(peace), restores our soul, leads us in paths of righteousness and even when we walk through the valley of the shadow of death he is there! We do not have to fear any evil, He comforts us. He prepares a table for us even in the face of our enemies. He annoints us with oil and our cup runneth over. Also, goodness and mercy follows us all the days of our life and THEN! We get to dwell in the house of the Lord forever! I'm sorry but what were those problems again? God is so good! Be Blessed!
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Beautiful Beautiful Sunshine!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! The sun holds the warmth of our dreams our visions and our love. When it shines it creates an energy field of goodness that follows us wherever we go. It can chase away the shadows of loneliness, the blues of winter, and the disappointments that linger. The greatest part about the sun is, like us, it was created by God to shine! So Let our light shine today, envelope the warmth of the sun and turn our faces to the beauty of what today can bring! Be Blessed!
Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.

Brokeness to Wholeness!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! We were created in wholeness by God but find ourselves broken by this world. As the quote states below.... we already have the wholeness we seek within we just have to recognize and own it for it to become the reality for us. The first step is acknowledging the brokenness, seeking the wholeness and allowing God to restore us to our former being. Be Blessed!
“As you recognize that you already own the wholeness you seek, and no one outside you can give you more than you already are, dysfunctional situations will evaporate like bad dreams exposed to the morning sun.” Alan Cohen

Are We Asking The Right Questions!?
Good Morning Christian Peeps! For every action we are about to take, STOP and ask ourselves.....Why? Why are we doing what we are about to do? Why are we thinking certain thoughts. Why do we do what we do everyday? Why do we have our jobs? If the answer we get is because "We love it, or It Matters, or We Care, or It Moves Me, then we are on the right track.....but if we answer: "I don't know, or I Hate This, or Because someone else thinks I should, then we are not on the right track. Sometimes we make creating decisions way too hard. It's all simple. The path we walk should be littered with love, happiness, joy and peace. That's how we know we are on the right path. That job, that new material thing is not the answer but it's what it takes from us to get it, that we should focus on. What are we giving up? What are we sacrificing? Is it worth it? What can we do to change it? Truly God wants us to walk in abundance, peace, joy, love! So if we feel that we are not on the right path, then we need to ask God to show us the true path.... 6 This is what the LORD says:
16 This is what the LORD says:
“Stand at the crossroads and look;
ask for the ancient paths,
ask where the good way is, and walk in it,
and you will find rest for your souls.
-- It's time to seek and ask for the good way! I'm ready, how about you? Be Blessed!

Calling Those Things Which Are Not As Though They Are!
Good Morning Christian Peeps! What do we have need of this morning? What situation needs an answer? This morning I would like to focus on the last part of Romans 4:17. God calleth those things which be not as though they were. Maybe it's time we began to call our situations that seem not to be how we want them as though they already were! Maybe it's time to see those situations healed or completed or restored...whatever the case may be. Let's approach it the way God would....calling things which be not as though they were! I encourage all of us today to began to speak God's words into our situations. Let the word of God be manifested in our lives.
In Jesus name! Be Blessed!
17(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Open The Door, Grant Permission....
Good Morning Christian Peeps! When we open the door, we grant permission. When someone knocks on our door and we open it we are granting permission for them to engage with us. The same could be said for when we open the door to our minds. We wonder sometimes why we struggle with certain issues in our lives. Why depression keeps waying on us or why dreams haunt us or why we simply can't stop thinking negative thoughts. One reason could be that we are opening the door to these things maybe without realizing it. A few years ago I had to get control of my thoughts. Someone preached about rowing your boat back to shore and that struck a chord with me. So I began to watch what thoughts I was having and began to immediately change them if they were negative. It took a while but soon it became a habit. Now, I would like to say that it doesn't happen anymore but being a fleshly human being that may never happen. However, I do have control over my thoughts now and that has made my life much better. It takes discipline and control and then it becomes a habit. We must not open the door and grant permission for things that are destroying us. God provides a way of escape but we have to accept his escape route. Be Blessed!
